Fees, sessions and funding
Flexible term-time childcare to help families find sessions that fit their needs. Opening days follow Telford & Wrekin Council school term dates, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Session fees
Full day · 8am–6pm
£64.70
Includes snack, lunch and high tea.
Morning · 8am–1pm
£33.85
Includes snack and lunch.
Afternoon · 1pm–6pm
£33.85
Includes high tea.
Funded session concessions: Full day £6.30 · Morning £3.65 · Afternoon £2.65. These apply to children on 15-hour and 30-hour funded session places. All fees are payable monthly in advance.
Funding and Tax-Free Childcare
We offer funded childcare for eligible working families, including up to 30 hours over 38 weeks of the school year for eligible children from 9 months to school age. Funding is subject to eligibility and current government rules.

Other fees
- Late collection without prior agreement: £5 per 15 minutes.
- Retainer fee: 50% of contracted hours.
- Late fee payment: £5 per day.
- Overnight care (8pm–8am): £120.
- Unsocial hours (6pm–8pm, by prior arrangement): £20 per hour.
A minimum charge of five hours per session applies to weekend bookings and/or bookings outside Telford & Wrekin term dates.
