Meet The Team
Samantha
My name is Samantha, and I am married to Paul. We have raised five children. I have over 15 years’ experience in the childcare sector. I started out running a mums and tots group before working in a busy baby room at a nursery. Following this, I worked as an Ofsted registered nanny, all prior to becoming an Ofsted registered childminder in 2015. During this time, I have worked with children and young people with SEN. Such experiences have not only enhanced my knowledge, understanding, and empathy for the individual needs of every child in my care but also allowed me to gain invaluable experience. As part of a small team at Childminding 4 U, I am passionate about working in partnership with parents to provide an environment in which your child’s world is enriched with caring and learning experiences that will foster their all-round well-being and developmental potential.

Following a 22-year career in British Army aviation, I became an Ofsted registered childminder and joined my wife and daughter, providing young people with the opportunities to develop into fully rounded individuals who are interested in the world around them. I’m utilising the skills, knowledge, and experience acquired through many years of management and training experience to be part of the children’s explorations as they discover the world around them, as well as discovering and developing their own abilities and interests.
